INSTRUCTIONS: Save this page as a .txt file and open in the Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac OS) program.

For the colors, either provide the 6 digit hexidecimal code, or give a link and description to an
example color and we will match the color for you. For image backgrounds, please send a jpeg image
with pixel dimensions 900(w)x600(h) in addition to the following information. (Image fades on the right
and bottom sides into the main background color.)
